Christmas Returns Policy

If you’re buying for someone else, don’t worry! We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2017.

All orders placed from 10th November 2017 – 22nd December 2017 can be returned up until 31 January 2018.

All returns are still subject to our full Returns Policy.

Christmas Delivery Info

We want to make sure that you get all your orders to you on time!

For delivery before Christmas, please order by:

Express – Monday 18th December before 12pm

Europe – Wednesday 6th December

International (Rest of World) – Friday 1st December

Please keep in mind that this is a busy period for all fulfilment providers so please complete order as early as possible to ensure your preferred delivery date.

Please note, that over the Christmas period we will be operating on limited opening hours. These apply to the following days:

19th - 22nd December - 8am - 4pm

23rd December - Closed

Christmas Eve – Closed

Christmas Day – Closed

Boxing Day – Closed

27th - 29th December - 8am - 4pm

30th December - Closed

New Year's Eve - Closed

New Year’s Day – Closed

January 2nd - Open as normal


All orders placed by Noon on Friday 22nd December will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after this date will be dispatched on the 27th December. Please allow at least 7 days for delivery.
