What size is this garment?

We measure all of our products to get an exact chest measurement, as well as a shoulder to hem measurement.

We hope that by doing this, it will help you in trying to find the right size. If you select one of the available sizes, a diagram will appear, showing both measurements we have taken.

If you are still in any doubt, we recommend you measure a garment you already have at home, and compare the measurements with ours.

Can I return my order as it doesn’t fit?

We are happy to accept items back, a refund will be provided to you for any returned items. If new items are required, we ask that you re-order them online, as this is a quicker process.

There is no specific timescale in which to send any item(s) back, however it is important that returned products are sent back in the best possible condition, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging

When will my order be sent & how long will it take to arrive?

All of our orders will be sent the next working day after they are placed, unless you have ordered before 2pm (weekday) and paid for next day delivery, which will be sent that same day.

Our tracked 48 service is a 2 day tracked, our tracked 24 service is the next day tracked.

Delivery times for orders outside of the UK can vary depending on the country, but should not take longer than a few days to arrive.

How do I return my order?

There will be a returns form sent with all orders which will explain the procedure should you wish to return anything back to us.

Please Note - The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning an item and the costs of posting out an item in exchange, (We will cover your costs if we are at fault for any reason).

Can I track my order?

All of our orders in the UK are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 (depending on the service you choose) and can be tracked, a barcode can be sent to you via email if you request it.

What happens if the parcel arrives and there is nobody in?

The postman will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery, your parcel will then be taken back to the local Delivery Office, you will then need to take this card to the office and pick it up.

Can I have the parcel delivered to a work address?

Yes, when placing your order and filling out the address details, make sure you change the delivery address if required.
