We measure all of our products to get an exact chest measurement, as well as a shoulder to hem measurement. We hope that by doing this, it will help you in trying to find the right size. If you select one of the available sizes above, a diagram will appear, showing both measurements we have taken. If you are still in any doubt, we recommend you measure a garment you already have at home, and compare the measurements with ours.
Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Standard/Express/Air mail service (depending on the service selected).
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the postman will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery, your parcel will then be taken back to the local Delivery Office, you will then need to take this card to the office and pick it up. (We recommend you first ask a neighbour if they have taken delivery, as sometimes parcels can be left with them)
Parcels cannot be delivered on a bank holiday, in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
This is our Royal Mail tracked standard service. We aim to dispatch orders placed using this service the next working day. During busy or holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed by an additional day - if this happens we will aim to get your parcel sent as quickly as possible. Delivery for this service will be 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. This service is £3.95 per order, or free of delivery charge if order is worth more than £50 (applies to UK mainland only.)

This is our Royal Mail tracked express service. Orders placed using this service will be sent the next working day (or that same day if order is placed before 2pm on weekdays) and will be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch. This service is £5.99 per order.
Due to the recent changes to export regulations following Brexit we have temporarily suspended shipping on all non UK orders. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We can accept orders over the phone if the customer can arrange collection. We are working with our couriers to try and resolve the current problems.
If you need to return any items to us we will be happy to accept them back and a refund will be provided as long as the item was delivered within the last 14 days. It is important that returned products are sent back in the best possible condition, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.
There will be a returns form sent with all order which will explain the procedure should you wish to return anything back to us. If you require new items you will need to re-order them online at your convenience.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning an item. If you happen to have received a faulty item, or the item you have received is not what you ordered, then we will refund you the cost of return postage - please include a copy of the postal receipt in the parcel so we can refund you the postal cost once the items get back to us. In this instance, we will be happy to exchange the item over for you and re-send the correct item.
