Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail/DPD service (depending on the service selected).
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the postman will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery, your parcel will then be taken back to the local Delivery Office, you will then need to take this card to the office and pick it up. (We recommend you first ask a neighbour if they have taken delivery, as sometimes parcels can be left with them)
Parcels cannot be delivered on a bank holiday, in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Standard Delivery
This is our Royal Mail standard service. We aim to dispatch orders placed using this service the next working day. During busy or holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed by an additional day - if this happens we will aim to get your parcel sent as quickly as possible. Delivery for this service will be 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. This service is £3.95 per order.
A tracking number will accompany each parcel and can be requested via email. If you require your tracking barcode please email us on [email protected]
Express Delivery
This is our Royal Mail & DPD tracked express service. Orders placed using this service will be sent the next working day (or that same day if order is placed before 2pm on weekdays) and will be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch. This service is £6.99 per order.

International
Europe - £12.95 per order
Rest of the World - £25.00 per order
No customs, duty, or taxes on orders. Some countries may charge their own administration fee. They may also make additional checks and hold your parcels for longer periods. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
Please note that while we do our utmost to deliver your purchase within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimated (Europe – 7-10 working days, Rest of the World – 7-14 working days). The shipping company we use is Royal Mail, you will receive an automatic notification once your order is shipped, it will include a tracking number and tracking URL.
Returns
If you need to return any items to us we will be happy to accept them back and a refund will be provided as long as they are returned within 30 days from receipt of order. It is important that returned products are sent back in the best possible condition, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.
There will be a returns form sent with all order which will explain the procedure should you wish to return anything back to us. If you require new items you will need to re-order them online at your convenience.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning an item. If you happen to have received a faulty item, or the item you have received is not what you ordered, then we will refund you the cost of return postage - please include a copy of the postal receipt in the parcel so we can refund you the postal cost once the items get back to us. In this instance, we will be happy to exchange the item over for you and re-send the correct item.
