30 days return policy

If you need to return any items to us we will be happy to accept them back within 30 days from receipt of order.

Condition

All items returned must be in their original packaging, with their original tag(s) attached and exact condition as sold and received.

Smoke damage

Items must not show any signs of damage, been worn and must be free from any odours (including cigarette smoke).

Underwear & snoods

All underwear and snoods are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.

Returns procedure

To ensure that our returns procedure is the quickest and easiest it can be, all items returned to us will be refunded to you, and you will need to re-order any change of size or new items online. Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund once it arrives back into the warehouse. There are a few simples steps below which explain how to do this.

If you happen to receive a faulty item, or the item you have received is not what you ordered, then we will refund you the cost of the return postage. Please call a member or our team to let us know the cost of the return. In this instance, we will exchange the item as soon as we receive your parcel.

Delivery Services:
Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Standard/Express/Air mail service (depending on the service selected). If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the postman will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery, your parcel will then be taken back to the local Delivery Office, you will then need to take this card to the office and pick it up. (We recommend you first ask a neighbour if they have taken delivery, as sometimes parcels can be left with them) Parcels cannot be delivered on a bank holiday, in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

When we will provide the Products:
We will indicate our estimated dispatch timings on the Website. Please note that the dispatch timings indicated on the Website are estimates only. The timings are not guaranteed times. We will send you an email confirming when your Product has been dispatched which will be within 30 days after the date on which we accept your order.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control:
If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. However, if you have not received your Product within 5 working days of the date we confirm dispatch, please notify our customer services team who will investigate on your behalf.

When you become responsible for the Products:
The Products will be your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address indicated in your order.

When you own the Products:
You will own the Products once we have received payment from you in full.

If you are not at home when the Product is delivered:
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the Products from a local depot.

If you do not re-arrange delivery:
If you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the Products from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.

Reasons we may suspend the supply of Products to you:
We may have to suspend the supply of a Product in specific circumstances and in which case we will contact you.

A tracking number will accompany each parcel by text message and/or email if you have provided this infomation correctly. If you require further information regarding your parcel, please email us on [email protected].

Standard
£3.95 per order

This is our Royal Mail tracked standard service. We aim to dispatch orders placed using this service the next working day. During busy or holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed by an additional day - if this happens we will aim to get your parcel sent as quickly as possible. Delivery for this service will be 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. This service is £3.95 per order, or free of delivery charge if order is worth more than £50 (applies to UK mainland only).

Express
£5.99 per order

This is our tracked express service by DPD. Orders placed using this service will be sent the next working day (or that same day if order is placed before 2pm on weekdays) and will be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch. This service is £5.99 per order.

International
Europe - £9.95 PER ORDER
Rest of the World - £19.95 PER ORDER

Please note that while we do our utmost to deliver your purchase within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimated (Europe – 7-10 working days, Rest of the World – 7-14 working days). The shipping company we use is Royal Mail, you will receive an automatic notification once your order is shipped, it will include a tracking number and tracking URL.

What size is this garment?

We measure all of our products to get an exact chest measurement, as well as a shoulder to hem measurement.

We hope that by doing this, it will help you in trying to find the right size. If you select one of the available sizes, a diagram will appear, showing both measurements we have taken.

If you are still in any doubt, we recommend you measure a garment you already have at home, and compare the measurements with ours.

Can I return my order as it doesn't fit?

We are happy to accept items back, a refund will be provided to you for any returned items. If new items are required, we ask that you re-order them online, as this is a quicker process.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to send any item(s) back, however it is important that returned products are sent back in the best possible condition, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.

When will my order be sent & how long will it take to arrive?

All of our orders will be sent the next working day (or during busy or holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed by an additional day) after they are placed, unless you have ordered before 2pm (weekday) and paid for next day delivery, which will be sent that same day.

Our tracked 48 service is a 2-3 day tracked, our tracked 24 service is a 1-2 day service tracked.

Can I track my order?

All of our orders in the UK are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 (depending on the service you choose) and can be tracked, you will receive a text from Royal Mail with your tracking information once dispatched.
